Opened my first bottle of the hot garlic sauce just now and quickly made a bowl of packet chicken noodles, flash fried some prawns with a good glug of it, and mingled with the noodles in a bowl, to make a kind of prawny noodle soup. Wow. This is
going to become a Must Have in my store cupboard, it did things to my mouth that frankly shouldn't happen to a mouth! Simultaneously hot and sweet and exploding with flavour. My mind was saying *stop, it's HOT!* But I could not help finish the whole
bowl as quickly as possible, wondering, as I cooled down, just what the other sauces are like and if my lunches would ever be the same again. "

Great stuff...... grabbed the extra hot lime on a whim and had a tiny bit on my fingertip.... immediatly broke into a sweat, and felt like i'd just ate a bit of lava.....
i mixed it into chicken and ate it..... wow.... was like going to the
dentist, mouth numb sweating, and you don't want to know what happened next day..... buying more next week when i run out, can't wait to try the rest, won't need central heating this winter if i stock up lol "

These sauces are absolutely 2nd to none, I have been telling everyone about them!
I didn't even know there were other varieties - local ASDA only stocks the Himalayan and the Goan Extra Hot - both superb. The Goan is the first "extra hot" sauce I
have bought that is actually extra hot!!!
Great for dieting (I am a competitive bodybuilder) as you only need a little, they are that tasty.
