Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By using the Website you are showing that you agree to these terms and conditions. The Website is owned by Port Saffron Limited ("PSL", "we" or "us") and these terms and conditions are issued by PSL.

        •   All information on the Website is provided in good faith and for general information purposes only. Whilst we will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on the Website is accurate, the Website is published on an "as is" basis.

        •   We make no warranties of any kind. As far as allowed by law, we exclude any implied warranties or conditions that the Website will be of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose, compatible with other products or services, non-infringing, complete, accurate or secure.

        •   As far as allowed by law, we and our associated companies will not be responsible for any losses you incur as a result of using the Website, using any websites linked to the Website or relying on any of the information published on the Website or any websites linked to it, including without limitation loss of goodwill, loss of profits, loss of data and losses which arise directly or indirectly from our acts or omissions.

2. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE US

There are opportunities throughout the Website for you to submit your recipe ideas or culinary tips, or to review another’s recipe or a Holy Cow! Food Company’s Product. Any submission you make will be handled as follows:

        •      Your submission will be reviewed by the Holy Cow! Food Company team and any content which they deem to be inappropriate will be deleted. This will include any material which is deemed unlawful libelous abusive or offensive in the absolute discretion of The Holy Cow! Food Company. Depending on the extent of any editing this may mean that your entire posting will be removed.

        •     If we are unclear about any aspect of your submission we will contact you by email to seek further clarification.

        •    Subject to the above, your recipe or recipe review will be published on the Website within 10 working days after you submit it with details of your name and your town/area for such time as The Holy Cow! Food Company in its absolute discretion shall determine.

       •   By making any submission, you give The Holy Cow! Food Company the unrestricted right to use, reproduce and distribute it for any other purpose it shall in its absolute discretion determine (such as PR/advertising). The Holy Cow! Food Company undertakes that where it uses any material you have submitted it will credit you as author.

        •     If at any stage having posted your submission you wish us to remove it, please write to us at the address in the paragraph headed "OUR CONTACT DETAILS" below including your full name, address and other contact details or alternatively email unsubscribe@holycowfc.com from the email account we have in your records.
