4. INFORMATION WE SEND TO YOU

There are opportunities on the Website for you to request us to send you recipes or ingredients lists to your email account or directly to your mobile phone. Any request you make will be handled as follows:

Requests for text

        •   We will send you the full ingredient list for the specified recipe by text to the mobile phone number stated in your application. This must be your mobile phone number. The Holy Cow! Food Company cannot be liable to you or any third party for unauthorised use of a third party’s mobile phone.

        •    There will be no charge for this text message.

        •    We will keep details of your mobile phone number, so next time you ask us to text you, your phone number will automatically appear but if at any stage you wish us to remove from our records, please write to us at the address in the paragraph headed "OUR CONTACT DETAILS" below including your full name, address and other contact details or alternatively email unsubscribe@holycowfc.com

Email a recipe to me/ my friend

        •  We will email the specified recipe by text to the email address stated in your              application. If this is not your email account you warrant that you have permission              to pass this person’s details to us. The Holy Cow! Food Company cannot be              liable  to you or any third party for the receipt of unsolicited emails.

        •     There will be no charge for this service.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

     •    The material on the Website is protected by copyright and the copyright, trade             marks and all other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website is             owned by and shall at all times remain our property or the property of our             licensors, as appropriate.

     •    You may reproduce, print or download material from the Website for your own             personal use provided that:

           1. You do not alter the material;

           2. You do not separate graphics from accompanying text; and

          3. PSL's copyright notices appear in all copies.

          Any use of material from the Website other than in accordance with paragraph 2 is           strictly prohibited. In particular, you may not reproduce, print or download material           from the Website for commercial purposes or publish, display, distribute or             broadcast such material for any purpose.

     •  Where you have provided us with your recipe ideas or a review of a recipe or           product,  you acknowledge that the copyright and all other intellectual property           rights in the material submitted shall be assigned by yourself to PSL and shall be           owned  by PSL from the date it appears on the Website. By posting any material you           warrant  that it is your own work and does not infringe the intellectual property rights           of any  third party.
